I just posted some information on two threads to try and stay on topic with each one. I am always doing research and spend a lot of time on discussion forums. As a result I have learned it's good etiquette to try and keep the threads "on topic".

So keeping with that practice, I thought I would explain my point in the other threads.

My theory on why the Trustee has ignored the earnings of US5, Lou's boyband, has been a result of their location. This band was in Germany and as anyone who has followed the case knows that there is missing money in Germany. It would seem as if the cooperation is not very extensive between the two countries on this case. It is my impression from research that the Trustee made a request for his share of the earnings and was ignored.

However... the band is in the United States now according to media reports in Germany. The management that worked with Lou has found a new money pot and continuing to earn money off what he created.
