Jeff....
I came across this thread while reading others for some research.
But you are incorrect. Lou DOES still own a part of that band. The trustees did send papers to Germany asking for their share of money and were ignored. Its not America. The trustee also hired a music industry consultant to assess how to handle the management. Thats in the court records of her bill being paid and her initial report.
Further, you will also find in the court papers how artists like Aaron Carter and Sean van der Wilt went to court and had their contracts eliminated just like other smaller artists. The band, US5, DID NOT do that. They are still with the management that worked with Lou from day one. Even the two television shows the band was involved with are part of the ongoing court issues.
So Jeff... that would be incorrect. US5 DOES still belong to Lou Pearlman
And this video shows they are NOW back in the US. According to Bravo Magazine in Germany, the band has moved to NYC.

From the comments I see on here it would appear this video used to be on here. But the NEW investors have moved the address of the video it would seem. Perhaps they didnt want the people reading this forum to find them |

| US5 will never make it here in the US. In the video, they even talk of having to struggle in the US. Even though Nsync and BSB went through the same thing, these guys just don't seem like your average all American boys next door. |

| I think you are dreming. US5 no longer is connected to Lou Pearlman. They are under new management and any money they make will be because of Lou Pearlman. The bankrupcy trustee will get part of their earnings wen they come to the US, but if you think the investors will be getting any part of that, Think again, thats money that will go to the trustee and his attorneys. Nothing for the investors. Sorry to dim your hopes, buts thats the news for today |

Remember how Lou asked the court to let him manage US5? Thats the boyband he was running when he went to prison. He said he could pay back all the money in two years if he was allowed to run it. Well I found this on YouTube...

If you watch the video it would look like the boyband is going to be coming to the United States and doing a tv show. So it looks like who ever is visiting him in prison must be taking his advice!
Now maybe Lou can start paying the money back!! |
