Jeff, thanks for the posting of the motion.
I wish it were true that all on exhibit A were going to be dismissed.
I'm not an attorney, but once I read exhibit D (The offer draft), and went back to read the motion again, it didn't add up. The way I read it, those who had less that $20,000 in principal and profits together, will be dismissed (see item 17a). Those who had over $20,000 of principal and profit returned, will get an amended complaint for the profit portion only (Item 17b).
I probably would have settled for this if Kapila had originally only asked for the profit, but now I am out attorney fees as well, so I might as well go to court. |

the attached is the motion that Soneet filed to dissmiss the law suits against those that only withdrew their principal and did not withdraw more than $20,000 in profit. Upon approval and signature from the judge, you will be dismissed from your law suites. If your name apprears on exhibit A you will be dismissed.If your name appears on exhibit B and you made more than $20,000 than your law suit will continue. Hurray, no more lawyer fees. :lol:
