Can anyone clarify what this language means?


3. As to all other adversary proceedings against individuals, corporations, and law firms (the “Vendor and Other Cases”), to the extent such adversary proceedings were orally stayed, such stay shall be, and hereby is, vacated and the deadline for all defendants in the Vendor and Other Cases to file an answer or a motion directed to the complaint shall be September 11, 2009.
