What is the bankruptcy court admissibility of a loan application if there is no date on the application? I may have to file Ch7/13 and my loan application has an overstatement of assets. There was no fraud intended. However, there is no date on the application. Can it be thrown out in bankruptcy court?

I have been requested by Roy Kobert's staff (he is one of the main attorneys representing many innocent investors in the clawback lawsuits) to post this invitation (they are hoping many will attend the hearing to put a "human face" on the innocent investors who are defendants).

Broad and Cassel is hosting a complimentary light breakfast at their law office for all defendants involved in the Louis J. Pearlman Case from 8:00-9:00 am on Thursday, July 16, 2009, before the hearing at 10:00 a.m. Please email Maggie Ingram at mingram@broadandcassel.com if you plan on joining us as our guest for breakfast so we can have an approximate headcount.

We are five blocks from the Courthouse so please make your own transportation arrangements from breakfast to the Courthouse. Or, you may opt to just meet us at the Bankruptcy Courthouse, which is located in a private office building: Fairwinds Building, 135 W. Central Blvd, 5th Floor, Courtroom A, Orlando, Florida 32801. The Courtroom is equipped with a limited number of devices for the hearing impaired. Please note that cell phones are not permitted in the Courtroom so please leave them in your vehicle. On site parking at the Courthouse is available behind the Fairwinds Office Building or meters across the street, under Interstate Highway 4. Do not go to the U.S. Federal Courthouse or the County Courthouse. The Fairwinds Credit Union Building is a 12 story glass and gray building at the corner of Central Blvd and I-4.
